Femke Aarts is an accomplished senior executive with a proven track record in financial and organizational management, leadership, and strategic transformation in the private and public sectors.

Femke is co-CEO of Surplus, an organization for welfare, care, and housing in The Netherlands. In addition, she is on the supervisory boards of Avans University of Applied Sciences and the nongovernmental organizations FairWork and Rutgers.

Femke earned her MBA from Radboud University and Utah State University in 1997, her CMA in 2013, and her CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) in 2016.
