Gerald Ratigan is a consultant and CFO Alliance Advisory Board member. Recognized as an authority in accounting and finance transformation, he leads enterprise-wide initiatives that fuse innovation with operational excellence, delivering cutting-edge solutions in accounting operations, internal controls, financial reporting, and M&A execution.
Over a distinguished 20+ year career spanning Big Four advisory, global manufacturing, and high-growth media, Gerald has built a reputation as the go-to leader for modernizing finance functions and enabling rapid business agility. He began his career in audit and advisory at Grant Thornton and KPMG, before transitioning to industry where he co-led the internal audit function of a global diversified manufacturer. Since then, he has held transformative senior leadership roles, including chief accounting officer for both public and privately held enterprises.
A CMA since 2006, Gerald helped revitalize the IMA South Florida Chapter, founded the University of Miami’s Student Chapter, and has been a member of the IMA Florida and Texas Councils. In 2013, he was honored with the IMA Young Professional of the Year Award. Gerald holds a BBA in accounting and finance from the University of Miami and an MBA with a concentration in data and analytics from Louisiana State University–Shreveport.
